Blaine Dinkin is a Pittsburgh native and second year Health Care Policy and Management Student at Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College. Blaine currently serves as the Vice - President of the Heinz Health Care Club. Blaine graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington with a Bachelors of Science in Health Care Management and Policy in 2017. During her summer breaks of college, Blaine interned at a local hospital in Pittsburgh working in the patient experience department. This past summer, Blaine interned at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Here she worked directly under the associate chief nursing officer and also with the budget and finance department. . Her favorite project during the summer was volunteering with Temple Baby Box and being witness to Temple University

After graduation, Blaine will be completing a two year administrative Fellowship at Allegheny
Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA.
